We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or any payment information through this form.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Read your submission and prepare a personal response with actionable recommendations.
• Follow up with you by email within 24 hours.
• Understand which problems are most common among local businesses so we can build better solutions (in aggregate, without identifying individuals).

When you submit our intake form, we also send you a confirmation email and notify our team so we can reply within 24 hours.

We will never use your email address to send you unsolicited marketing from third parties.

When you submit our intake form, your information is stored in a secure Google Sheet accessible only to the Lembrafy team. We use this to read your submission and prepare our response. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

We retain submission data only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and improve our service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.

We use Google Sheets to store intake form submissions and Brevo to send confirmation emails and team notifications. These services have their own privacy policies and are used solely to facilitate our work with you.
