When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email — so we can reply about your project.
• Phone and city (optional) — to reach you and understand your market.
• Your business type — salon, cleaning, auto, and similar — so we can give relevant advice.
• Your project description — what you need help with (website, business tools, local advertising, or all three).
• Advertising attribution data — such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs (gclid) when you arrive from an ad — so we can measure which campaigns work.

We do not collect payment information through this form.

We use the information you provide to:

• Read your submission and prepare a personal response.
• Follow up with you by email or phone.
• Understand common needs among local businesses (in aggregate).
• Measure and improve our Google Ads and website performance when you consent to analytics and advertising cookies.

We will never sell your email address for third-party marketing.

Submissions are stored in a secure Google Sheet accessible only to the Lembrafy team. We use Brevo to send confirmation emails. We retain data only as long as needed to respond and improve our service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

We use service providers to run this site and our ads:

• Google Sheets — to store form submissions.
• Brevo — to send confirmation and notification emails.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — to understand site traffic (when you accept analytics cookies).
• Google Ads — to measure ad clicks and conversions, and (if enabled) to show relevant remarketing ads (when you accept advertising cookies).
• Vercel — to host this website and, when you accept cookies, to measure performance analytics.

We use essential cookies to keep this website functional. A consent banner lets you accept or decline optional analytics and advertising cookies.

• If you accept — we may load Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights so we can measure visits, ad performance, and conversions.
